PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the Q value and inductance of a spiral inductor by a method wherein the shield patterns are connected together at a position just below the spiral inductor and virtually grounded in radio signals at the center point of the connection, so that grounding is made without influence of the inductor components or the like of the wiring. SOLUTION: Shields 601 of the closest-contacting parts of shield patterns formed in lower parts of one pair of a first and a second spiral inductors 501, 502 are connected with a wiring 801, and central positions of the respective shields 601 are connected with a wiring 701. Since balance signals whose phase difference is 180°pass the shield patterns, the center point of the connecting wiring 801 is to virtually grounded in radio signals. By this grounding, influence of parasitic inductance is reduced, grounding is reinforced, and Q value and inductance of the first and the second spiral inductors 501, 502 are increased.
