PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of ready-mixed concrete, which backward falls from a rubber gate, to a floor and a mixer vehicle by an easily cleanable structure. SOLUTION: A rubber plate 13 extending in an up and down direction is arranged at the position on one side of the rubber gate 3 of a concrete hopper 1 to attach one end part becoming the upper end part of the rubber plate 13 to a hopper container 2 through a support member 14. The leading end part of the piston rod 17a of a cylinder 17 is connected to the other end part becoming the free end of the rubber plate 13 through a chain 15 and the wire 16 passed through the pulley 18 provided at the other end position of the rubber plate 13. When the rubber gate 3 of the concrete hopper 1 is closed, the cylinder 17 is operated so as to be contracted to draw up the other end part of the rubber plate 13 toward the other end position of the rubber gate 3 where the pulley 18 is installed through the wire 16 and the chain 15 to arrange the rubber plate 13 so as to cover the lower part of the rubber gate 3.
