PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device safely and automatically attaching and detaching of a tire. SOLUTION: A wheel (12) is positioned above a wheel supporting member (11). In a tool supporting arm (16) to move a column (15), first and second tools (18, 19) are attached to the upper side and an L-shaped tool (19) is attached to the lower side. The first tool has a stem with a curved end. The stem is inserted between a rim and a tire, rotated by an actuator, and caught on a bead, thereby moving up the tool supporting arm to detach the tire. The second tool has a rectangular first part to engage with the bead when attaching the tire, and a circular second part to push the bead inside the rim.
