PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has adequately high staining resistance with respect to a developer and radiation products as well as durability with respect to a contact charger and a cleaning blade etc. and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus capable of obtaining excellent picture quality over a long period. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor formed with a photosensitive layer on a conductive base body, the photosensitive layer is provided with a siloxane resin-containing layer which contains a siloxane resin having a structural unit expressed by formula (1), a structural unit expressed by formula (2) and an organic group derived from a compound having hole transport ability.
