PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted display capable of accurately informing a user of the fatigue of the eyes based on information in which the fatigue of the eyes is reflected. SOLUTION: The head-mounted display having an image output part for outputting an image has a mechanism having a visibility adjusting means for adjusting visibility and detecting a difference between a previous visibility adjusting position and a present visibility adjusting position when the visibility is adjusted twice or more.
