PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving cargo carrying cooling storage for reducing storage cost. SOLUTION: This moving cargo carrying cooling storage 1 has wheels 12 on a bottom surface of a heat insulating body 2. The body 2 is composed of a plurality of heat insulating panels 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Since the respective heat insulating panels 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be attached and detached, when the cold storage 1 is not used, the respective heat insulating panels 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be disassembled and stored.
