PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a heat radiation-enabling time, in a heat radiator using an adsorbent. SOLUTION: This heat radiation device is continuously operated by changing over, at every predetermined period, between a first heat radiation mode for sending air from a first heat exchanger 210 toward a second heat exchanger 220 by a first blower 240 while circulating a heat medium in the heat exchanger 210, and a second heat radiation mode for sending air from the heat exchanger 220 toward the heat exchanger 210 by a second blower 250 while circulating the heat medium in the heat exchanger 220. Thereby, the heat medium can continuously be cooled and the heat radiation-enabling time can be extended without being influenced by the quantity of the adsorbent 260. Since adhering moisture is separated and released while sending the air, the heat medium can be cooled by both an endothermic action following the separation and release of the moisture and a heat radiation action by sending the air, heat radiation capability can be enhanced.
