PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression dehumidification system using a continuously operatable separation membrane even if air is mixed. SOLUTION: This dehumidification system is provided with: a dehumidification unit A formed into a sealed vessel-like shape and having its inside partitioned into an air-conditioning space 3 and a water vapor space 2 by a water vapor separation membrane; and a first moisture releasing unit B and a second moisture releasing unit C each formed into a vessel-like shape and having in sides partitioned into moisture releasing spaces 11 and 21 and exhaust spaces 14 and 24 by water vapor separation membranes. The water vapor space 2 of the unit A and the releasing space 11 of the unit B are connected to each other by a pipe equipped with a dehumidifying blower 12; a bleeding blower 20 is connected to the space 11 through a bleeding pipe; the releasing space 11 of the unit B is connected to the releasing space 21 of the unit C through the bleeding blower and the bleeding pipe; and an exhausting blower 30 is connected to the releasing space 21 through an exhausting pipe.
