PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation equipment in which wave energy can be converted into electricity by a method different from the conventional wave power generation, energy can be stored by forming a pond on a structure, and energy can be taken out by a water discharging passage, and besides, rotational movement can be taken out from wave motion, and wave energy can be efficiently used. SOLUTION: Water is stored in a cap-shaped structure by using natural force as it is. Water is discharged in a place where positional energy is generated, and a water wheel can be rotated. Wave reciprocating motion is changed into rotational movement by shifting the position of a panel so as to have phase difference and by fixing the rotary vane of a driving shaft in a direction different from the other rotational vane. Reverse rotation can be prevented by falling a claw abutting on the rotary vane to one side. Further, stable rotation and torque can be produced by a flywheel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
