PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary flushing device which can sterilize and wash human body washing nozzles without a psychological fear of using a chemical. SOLUTION: The sanitary flushing device has the human body washing nozzles 18, 19 having spouts 44, 45, respectively, for spouting washing water for washing the human body, and a sterilizing and washing means 47 for sterilizing and washing outer surfaces of the respective spouts by spouting hot water and steam to the same.
