ELEVATING/LOWERING AND CONVEYING APPARATUS OF MULTISTORY PARKING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating/lowering and conveying apparatus of multistory parking facilities, which can obtain a great elevating/lowering and conveying stroke, without the arrangement of a large and heavy drive unit in an upper part. SOLUTION: In an elevating/lowering mechanism 20 of the elevating/lowering and conveying apparatus 10, after the direction of each hanging wire 12 for hanging and supporting a cage 11 is turned downward by an upper sheave 21, each hanging wire 12 is arranged by being looped around a movable sheave 22 with a plurality of parallel grooves and a fixed sheave 23 with a plurality of parallel grooves a plurality of times; a counterweight 24 is mounted in the state of being hung from the movable sheave 22 via a coupling member 25; and a hydraulic cylinder 26 for driving the counterweight 24 so as to elevate/lower it is provided.
