PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a motor-driven blind having a function of switching between an automatic control mode and a local control mode with an operation switch having no function of switching between the automatic mode and the local mode. SOLUTION: This control device of the motor-driven blind includes: a central control part 5 for outputting a command signal for batch controlling a number of motor-driven blinds 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b to the motor-driven blinds; local switches 6, 7 for outputting an operation signal to the motor-driven blinds; and a control part 4 provided on each motor-driven blind to control the operation of the motor-driven blinds in the automatic control mode based on the command signal and in the local control mode based on the operation mode. The control part 4 has a function of switching between the automatic control mode and the local control mode by operating the switch for generating the operation signals of the local switches 6, 7.
