PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a rotational power transmission system of a wiper device, and obtain a bending/stretching wiper device capable of smoothly wiping a wide range. SOLUTION: The bending/stretching wiper device is comprised of a first arm 3 rotating by rotation of a drive shaft 1 and a second arm 13 with a wiper blade connected with the tip part of the first arm 3. Inside the base end part of the first arm 3, a first pulley 8 is fixed to an upper end of a cylindrical rotational shaft 6 loosely fitted to the drive shaft 1, and a second pulley 9 supported by a driven shaft 10 is provided at the end of the first arm 3.
