PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air accumulation between constructing members which may occur along with thickening of a treat. SOLUTION: In a rubber-coated cord reinforcing material for molding a tire, which is composed of a cord arrangement body where a plurality of cords are arranged at intervals in parallel and a rubber-coated layer where this cord arrangement body is buried and which is formed into a sheet-like form, a coating rubber gauge of the rubber-coated layer in a position including the center of the cord is made 0.70-1.50 times a cord diameter, and a plurality of recessed streaks extended continuously and arranged nearly equally are formed on an outer surface of the rubber-coated layer.
