PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane for cutting a plaster board without scattering cut chips and paper dust of the plaster board, and to provide a cut chip receiving vessel. SOLUTION: The plane 1 for cutting the plaster board comprises a plane body 4 having a blade 3 capable of cutting the plaster board 2 and the cut chip receiving vessel 6 fixed to with a screw or removably attached to the plane body 4 so that it covers a cut chip outlet of the plane body 4.
