PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip and a clip board which are easily attachable and closely attached to documents and can firmly hold the documents without taking up a large space. SOLUTION: This clip 100 includes upper and lower holding parts 111, 112 formed of a sheet member and an elastic body 110 which connects the upper and lower holding parts and is vertically expanded and contracted. The elastic body 110 comprises an elastic member formed of a pair of sheet members and a node part 121 for connecting the elastic members, and is constructed so that, at the end of the elastic member in contact with the upper and lower holding parts 111, 112, the elastic member is opened toward the backside of the clip. By virtue of this construction, the clip is easily attachable, is closely attached to documents or the like and can firmly hold the documents or the like without taking up a large space and slipping.
