PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixture separating apparatus for separating the liquid mixture at a high separation rate by vaporizing moisture in the liquid mixture consisting of liquids having differences in specific gravity. SOLUTION: This liquid mixture separating apparatus is provided with an internal space 23a to which the liquid mixture consisting of liquids having differences in specific gravity is fed, an external space 23b formed around the space 23a, an internal partition member 23d with which the space 23a is separated from the space 23b and in the bottom end part of which a communicating passage 23c is formed for communicating the space 23a with the space 23b, an external partition member 23f with which the space 23b is separated in cooperation with the member 23d and in the upper part of which a recovery port 23e is formed for recovering the liquid which is made to flow in the space 23b and has low specific gravity, and a gas blowing pipe 23g arranged in the lower part of the space 23a at a position higher than that of the passage 23c for blowing a fine bubble-containing gas.
