PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method which can provide a treatment speed higher than that in the conventional treatment and to provide a septic tank sludge truck which can efficiently perform sewage treatment according to the type of a septic tank. SOLUTION: In a septic tank sludge truck which is equipped with a tank 1 having two sludge agitation chambers 2 and 3, a vacuum pump 4 for suction or discharge, a flocculation liquid chamber 81, and a sludge separator 9 and in which the sludge agitation chambers 2 and 3 are connected to the pump 4 through a three-way cock 14, the flocculation chamber 81 is connected to an air suction cock 26 through a discharge cock 25 and a check valve 27, and the inlet of the sludge separator 9, the outlet of separated sludge, and the outlet of the separated foul water, and a foul water suction or discharge pipe 33 are connected, the sludge inside the sludge agitation chambers is saturated with air in the water by agitation with fine air bubbles from an aerating pipe 36, the product is reacted with the condensate, and the flock adhering to the air is floated and subjected to solid-liquid separation by evacuating the sludge agitation chambers to a vacuum.
