PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water using apparatus provided with an operation part on a top face or a side face of an apparatus body for operating the apparatus making an outer hull thereof demonstrate quality with integration, a simple and high-grade design show and the operation part easy to look at. SOLUTION: The water using apparatus is provided with the operation part on the top face or the side face of the apparatus body and a film layer on the surface. This layer is integrally formed with a resin material layer and partially provided with a part with only the film layer to provide the operation part.
