PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane-based adhesive composition that exhibits an excellent adhesion between lamination films and renders the film laminate body a good appearance, when high gas barrier films are laminated with each other. SOLUTION: The urethane-based adhesive composition is a composition whose indispensable ingredients are an organic polyol in which groups having functional groups derived from polyols having≥3 hydroxy groups are branched and bonded and an organic polyisocyanate. The adhesive renders the film laminate body a good appearance, even when e.g. high gas barrier films are laminated with each other and exhibits excellent adhesive strength and hot water resistance between a metal foil such as an aluminum foil and a plastic film such as a polyester, nylon, polyethylene or polypropylene film.
