PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately prevent fraudulence against a control board. SOLUTION: A board case 55 is provided with a case body member 60 and a case lid member 70 mounted on the case body member 60. The control board 51 is housed into a case which is formed by mounting the case lid member 70 on the case body member 60. The control board 51 is housed in the case and is mounted on the internal surface side of the case lid member 70 and an internal cover 80 mounted on the case lid member 70 is disposed so as to cover the surface facing the case body member 60 within the control board 51 with a circumferential rib 83 which contacts the rim part of the control board 51. A board contact part is formed inside the rim part of the case lid member 70 so as to cover the surface facing the case lid member 70 with the member 70 within the control board 51 in contact with the rim part of the control board 51.
