PURPOSE: A roll joint assembling apparatus of rolling mill is provided to prevent decrease of productivity due to operation delay by promptly and accurately performing replacement operation of working rolls of rolling line generated during hot rolling. CONSTITUTION: The roll joint assembling apparatus of rolling mill comprises a base(10) in the center of which a resting groove(11) is formed; a lower coupling supporting member(20) installed at a lower part of one side of the base in such a way that the lower coupling supporting member is moved up and down by a liftable and lowerable cylinder(21) for lower coupling in the resting groove; an upper coupling supporting member(22) installed on an upper part of one side of the base so that the upper coupling supporting member is moved side to side in the resting groove by a moving cylinder(23) for upper coupling and moved up and down by a liftable and lowerable cylinder(24) for upper coupling installed on the upper surface of one side of the base; a joint rotation member(30) installed at the other side of the base to control position of a roll joint; a liftable and lowerable cylinder(31) for joint for moving the joint rotation member up and down; and a moving cylinder(32) for joint for laterally moving the joint rotation member.
