PURPOSE: A method for arraying the alphabet in a key inputting device is provided to array the alphabet in accordance with the frequency of use and correlations thereof, to reduce the frequency of use of buttons, thereby increasing efficiency of button use while increasing the life span of the buttons. CONSTITUTION: A device arrays alphabets of high frequency and having many correlations in the first part. The device arrays alphabets of low frequency and having small correlations in a final part. The device arrays the rest alphabets between the first part and the final part. When arraying the alphabets of high frequency and having many correlations in the first part of a button, the device fixes an order of the alphabets in accordance with frequency and correlations thereof. According to the fixed order, the device arrays alphabets of high order in the first part of the button.
