PURPOSE: A transmission mount apparatus for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and assembling process, to fasten the transmission firmly, and to prevent noise from friction of gears in the transmission by dividing the mount apparatus into the vehicle body frame portion and the transmission portion and assembling easily. CONSTITUTION: A transmission mount apparatus is composed of a damper(20) having a mass(21) filled with rubber and chassis brackets(22,23) comprising assembling holes(22a,23a) combined with the upper part of a vehicle body frame(1) by plural assembling holes(1a) and insulating vibration of a mounting bush(10) for fixing a transmission to the vehicle body frame by bolting, and a mounting bracket(30) having a combination part(31) fastened by an assembling bolt penetrating the mass and an assembling part(32) integrally formed with the combination part and composed of plural assembling holes(32a) for fixing the transmission.
