PURPOSE: A system and method for informing of an incoming call of a mobile terminal are provided to display information on an incoming call on a display unit when a mobile terminal is being charged in a charger. CONSTITUTION: A user turns on a display unit(S510). It is checked whether a destination signal is received by a mobile terminal(S520). When the mobile terminal receives the destination signal, a mobile terminal destination sensing charger transmits a corresponding sense signal through a telephone line(S530). An external receiver of the display unit receives the sense signal through the telephone line(S540). A controller outputs information that a call comes in the mobile terminal to an image output unit and a voice output unit(S550).
