PURPOSE: A reference voltage generator is provided to improve the temperature characteristics by differently processing the resistance value and the emitter size of the bipolar transistor which determine the temperature characteristics of the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage generator includes at least two reference voltage generation units(10,20) and an average unit(30). Each of the reference voltage generation units(10,20) has a temperature coefficient which is different from each other. And, the average unit(30) outputs the final reference voltage by averaging the voltages outputted from the two reference voltage generation units(10,20).
