PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately calibrate a time measured by a device connected to a network. SOLUTION: A network device 1d connected newly to a network acquires device information of network devices 1a-1d being connection devices by using a bus reset signal generated by network connection as a trigger. The network device 1d lists up time accuracy ranking depending on a calibration method of time measured by the network devices 1a-1c having already been connected and discriminates whether or not there is any device whose accuracy of time measurement is higher than that of the device 1d. The network device 1d acquires time information denoting the time from the device whose time measurement accuracy is highest and calibrates the time of its own. |
