PURPOSE: A sucker with an annular projection on adhesion surface and an adhesion arrow having the same are provided to surely adhere the sucker to a target even when the sucker travels at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A sucker(100) is composed of an adhesion unit(110) having a concave adhesion surface(111), and a fixed unit(120) fixed to the rear surface(112) of the adhesion unit. An annular projection(113) is formed on the adhesion surface. A plurality of fixing projections(121) are formed at the fixed unit. The sucker is made of flexible material.
