PURPOSE: A digital scale for home use is provided to give health care information to a family of a user as well as a user after recording their maximum weights and their minimum weights with precision by using a weight detecting unit, an amplifier, and a display unit. CONSTITUTION: A digital scale for home use includes a weight detecting unit, an amplifier(204), an analog to digital converter(206), a display unit, a key inputting part(208), and a data storing unit. The weight detecting unit detects a weight of a user and converts the weight into a corresponding electrical signal. The amplifier(204) amplifies an output of the weight detecting unit. The analog to digital converter(206) converts the output of the amplifier into a digital signal. The display unit displays a weight, a letter, and a graphic. The key inputting part is used for inputting keys according to manipulation of a user.
