PURPOSE: A muffler hanger bracket holder system of a vehicle is provided to shorten operation time and prevent accidents by easily separating a muffler by non-skilled workers and to effectively absorb vibration of a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A muffler hanger bracket holder system of a vehicle is composed of a first rubber hanger member(10) formed in a planar plate shape; a rubber mounting member(20) of which the upper end is fixed to the lower side of the first rubber hanger member; a second rubber hanger member(30) having a plane-shaped body unit(32) fixed with the lower end of the rubber mounting member and a hanging end(34) bent downward from the lower side of the body unit; a hanger bracket holder(40) having an opened hollow lower end, an upper end held to the hanging end, and a hanging sill(42) formed at the inner periphery; a spring(50) embedded in the hanger bracket holder; and a planar plate-shaped spring separation-preventing member(60) having a lower side suspended to the hanging end with pressurizing the lower end of the spring.
