PURPOSE: A waterproof concrete composition is provided, to improve penetration depth, to remove odor in construction and to enhance adhesive strength with a paint coat after coating. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof concrete composition comprises 200-400 parts by weight of an alkylalkoxysilane; 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of a micro wax; 200-400 parts by weight of an aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon-based odorless solvent; and 5-15 parts by weight of a wet surface adhesive strength enhancer. Preferably the alkylalkoxysilane is octyltriethoxysilane; the aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon-based odorless solvent is an aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon-based odorless solvent of C11 or more; and the wet surface adhesive strength enhancer is γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane.
