PURPOSE: An internet face to face loan service method is provided to enable a user to consult with plural banks on a loan by using general systems, and to allow a bank to reduce plural liabilities while enlarging a bank business network. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user applies a face to face loan consultation to an image service system(30) via a user terminal(10). The image service system transmits personal data on the user to a credit approval system(40), and receives credit assessment data on the user from the credit approval system(40). The image service system(30) transmits the credit assessment data to plural bank terminals(50). The image service system(30) helps the user consult with plural banks on a loan by linking the user terminal(10) to the plural bank terminals(50). The image service system(30) receives loan approvals or loan refusals from the bank terminals(50), and transmits the received data to the user terminal(10). Finally, the image service system(30) receives loan determination data, and transmits the loan determination data to a corresponding bank terminal.
