The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for providing contraception, which contains combination of a non-uterotropic anti-estrogen and a progestin for administering to a female of childbearing age for 28 days per 28-day menstrual cycle. Further provided is a contraceptive kit adapted for daily oral administration, which comprises a total of 28 separate dosage units. In this kit, each dosage units each consists of a combination of a non-uterotropic anti-estrogen and a progestin. |
