Dolly axle with steerable wheelset

The dolly (2) has a towbar (6) mounted to the frame (4), with a saddle coupling (8) on the upper side of the frame and at least one set of wheels (10) which can be steered. The towbar has a rotary movement around a vertical axis (18) at the frame. The rotation of the towbar is transferred by intermediate levers on to steering levers (20) which act on the wheels. The intermediate levers act on at least one swing link (22) and a track rod (24), bonded together by a common swing axis (26).
