TRIPLE FABRIC HAVING MOISTURE-ABSORBING AND QUICK DRY FUNCTION, WHICH CONTAINS LOW DENSITY HYDROPHOBIC GREY YARN LAYERS ON BOTH SIDES OF HIGH DENSITY MODIFIED CROSS-SECTION FIBER

摘要

PURPOSE: Triple fabric having moisture-absorbing and quick dry function is characterized by containing low density hydrophobic grey yarn layers on both sides of high density modified cross-section fiber. The triple fabric has dry feel when the fabric is wrung. The fabric is useful for a swimsuit and a towel. CONSTITUTION: Triple fabric comprises a hydrophobic grey yarn layer(1), a modified cross-section fiber layer(2) and the hydrophobic grey yarn layer(3). The hydrophobic grey yarn layers(1,3) comprise polypropylene fiber, water repellent yarn dyed polyester or polyamide fiber having under 1% of official regain. The modified cross-section fiber layer(2) comprises polyamide or polyester having cross-section of at least three leaves. Density of the modified cross-section fiber layer(2) is over 120% denser than the hydrophobic grey yarn layers(1,3).
