ANTI-BIOTIC COVER PLATE FOR MICROWAVE OVEN USING NANO-SILVER BY SPREADING NANO-SILVER ON SWASH PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE: An anti-biotic cover plate for a microwave oven making use of nano-silver is provided to interrupt occurrence of a bad smell from the inside of a cooking chamber and to enable hygienic cooking by spreading nano-silver on the swash plate. CONSTITUTION: An anti-biotic cover plate(10) for a microwave oven making use of nano-silver is attached to the inside of an opening of a cooking chamber side wall connected to a waveguide and seals a magnetron including the waveguide from the cooking chamber. A coating layer(1) is formed on the surface of the anti-biotic cover plate coming in contact with the cooking chamber by paints containing nano-silver. The nano-silver has a particle size of 10¯200 nm.
