PURPOSE: A device and a method for determining a remained travel time and a remained battery capacity of a submarine are provided to perform calculation for respective connected devices based on an actual consumption profile by correctly estimating the remained travel time and the remained battery capacity according to the fixed travel time. CONSTITUTION: The device is equipped with a computer(4), a display/input device(2), and a confirming/processing device(6) for confirming needed power of the submarine. A profile generating module generates the consumption profile according to situations for each travel condition based on information confirmed by the confirming device. A storing module stores the generated consumption profile. A calculating module calculates the remained travel time on the specified travel condition based on the consumption profile.
