PURPOSE: A synchronizer with a ball ramp actuator mechanism is provided to restrict relative rotation between ball ramp members, and to reduce driving force by forming the friction clutch pack and a couple of ball ramp mechanisms. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer for a power train system of a vehicle is composed of a first drive member(96), a second drive member(52), an output member(60), a clutch link(132) driving the output member and selectively combing the first drive member or the second drive member, a couple of ball ramp mechanisms having adjacent members for restricting inclined grooves and load transmitting members, a compression spring arranged between the ball ramp mechanisms, a couple of friction clutch packs rotating clutch plate sets with the drive member or the output member, and an internal link selectively moving the member to the friction clutch pack.
