PURPOSE: A press system for forming complex flange is provided in which flange forming operation is vertically and slantly performed in one press system at the same time when forming a flange on a panel having excellent elastic restitution property. CONSTITUTION: In a flange forming press system for forming a flange on a panel(1) in upper die(9) and lower die(3), the press system for forming complex flange comprises a lower die pad(5) which is mounted on the lower die, and at one side of which a lower die steel(7) is integrally formed to perform flange forming operation in vertical and inclination directions at the same time; an upper die pad(13) which is mounted on the upper die in such a way that the upper die pad is vertically slid through sliding plate(11) to regulate the panel together with the lower die pad, and in which a cushion spring(15) is interposed between the upper surface of the upper die pad and the upper die; and a flange forming unit mounted on one side of a lower part of the upper die in one side direction of the upper die pad and interlocked with lifting and lowering operations of the upper die to perform continuous flange forming operation in an inclination direction using driving force of motor after vertically forming a flange on a front part of the panel along with the lower die steel.
