摘要 PURPOSE: A vibration-proof and sound-proof plate using a reproducible thermoplastic elastomer seat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize vibration-proof and sound-proof effects by attaching a sponge to the reproducible thermoplastic elastomer seat and to improve economical and environmental efficiencies by increasing restoring force from the external pressure. CONSTITUTION: A vibration-proof and sound-proof plate using a reproducible thermoplastic elastomer seat is formed by inserting a sponge layer between the reproducible thermoplastic elastomer seats produced by crosslinking reaction of activated waste rubber powders and thermoplastics. Accordingly, the plate has a triple-layer structure of thermoplastic elastomer seat-sponge-thermoplastic elastomer seat. One side of the vibration-proof and sound-proof is embossed. The sponge layer is formed by inserting 15¯30mm sponge between 5¯10mm thermoplastic elastomer seat layers and compression-molded on a steel plate at 70¯80 deg.C and 100¯200psi(Pounds per Square Inch).
