FRONT DEVICE FOR GROUND GROUTING MIXING CHEMICALS SMOOTHLY AND HAVING SIMPLE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A front device for ground grouting is provided to easily produce with a simple structure and to smoothly mix liquid chemical by generating turbulence in flowing the chemical by making a mixing vane twisted. CONSTITUTION: A front device for ground grouting is composed of a cylindrical pipe(100) and a mixing unit(200) installed in the cylindrical pipe to mix at least two kinds of liquid chemicals injected into the cylindrical pipe. The mixing unit comprises a plurality of guide pipes(210) laid on each other at every constant height; a plurality of mixing holes(230) formed in the guide pipes; and a mixing vane(220) disposed in the guide pipe. The upper and lower sections(221,222) of the mixing vane are twisted with crossing each other at 90 degrees. The upper and lower sections of plural guide pipes are inclined.
