PURPOSE: A method for evaluating a vehicle seat is provided to improve reliability, to perform an evaluation test without a test vehicle, and to shorten test and development periods. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating a seat of a vehicle includes a step of measuring a vibration acceleration of a seat and a vehicle while the vehicle is being traveled by mounting the seat of the vehicle equipped with at least one accelerometer on a road simulator(110). Then, data are edited and analyzed(120). The characteristics of the road simulator and a testing unit of the road simulator are calculated(130). After forming an initial driving signal(140), the initial driving signal is iterated(150), thereby forming a test signal(160).
