PURPOSE: A traffic information processor unit and its method are provided to supply various traffic information by classifying real time traffic information received from a vehicle mounted terminal according to vehicles and period and sections and then correcting error. CONSTITUTION: An information processor unit(610) classifies traffic information received from a vehicle mounted terminal according to its collection time, and classifies the classified traffic information according to the kind of vehicles or lanes. An error check unit(620) checks position information and speed information in the classified traffic information and corrects error by generating omitted information by traffic information received before the collection time. And a storing unit(630) stores traffic information received from the vehicle mounted terminal and traffic information classified in the information processor unit and traffic information whose error is corrected.
