PURPOSE: A heating element and a product are provided to achieve improved heating efficiency and durability, and permit the heating element to be used in direct current and alternating current. CONSTITUTION: A heating element comprises two strands of conductors(10) made of a copper or metal alloy line; and a heat resistant compound(30) arranged on the outer surfaces of the conductors, and made of a heat resistant resin through an extrusion molding process, wherein the heat resistant compound has a temperature adjustment function; and a power unit for supplying DC or AC voltages to the conductors. The heat resistant compound consists of a heat resistant polymer resin 60 to 80 weight%, a platinum catalyst 2 to 4 weight%, a conductive component 10 to 30 weight%, and an additive 0.5 to 1 weight%.
