PURPOSE: To provide a mixing condenser by hot steam, which has a predetermined space by eliminating a steam supply pipe from a conventional heating furnace to rapidly heat contents in a chamber and is able to control temperature and pressure of the chamber in accordance with user's choice. CONSTITUTION: The mixing condenser (100) comprises a heating furnace (4), a steam spray pipe (5), a steam supplier (7), a mixer (9), a door and a control part. The heating furnace includes a predetermined space (3) where heated steam is supplied, the predetermined space being formed along the circumference of a tank (2) that has a chamber (1) receiving contents and an inlet and outlet, and a steam outlet (8) capable of discharging the steam supplied to the predetermined space. The steam spray pipe has at least one injection orifice to spray the heated steam in the chamber. The steam supplier supplies the heated steam to the predetermined space of the heating furnace and the steam spray pipe. The mixer mixes the contents in the chamber. The door closes the inlet and outlet to seal the chamber hermetically. The control part controls a motor in the mixer to rotate a mixing shaft of the mixer at a predetermined rotation speed.
