IMAGE TRANSMITTING DEVICE FOR MOBILE ROBOT SEARCHING PERSON AND TRANSMITTING FACE IMAGE

摘要

PURPOSE: An image transmitting device for a mobile robot searching a person and transmitting a face image is provided to easily confirm facial expression of the person through a screen of a portable terminal by cropping/transmitting face part of the pictured person. CONSTITUTION: Person detecting tools(2,3,4,5) detect the person based on information from a camera(2a). A moving tool(12a) is used for moving to the detected person. An image processor(4) specifies a face location of the detected person, and crops the image using the important part as the face of the pictured person. An image transmitter(11) transmits the cropped face image to a portable terminal(14).
