PURPOSE: An electronic tuner for tuning musical instruments is provided to set up multiple positions using a multi-functional bracket, to hang a tuner in a sounding board of an instrument, and to make a tuner perform the function of a base. CONSTITUTION: An electronic tuner(2) comprises a tuner housing(4) in which an electronic circuit for tuning a musical instrument is placed and a multi-functional bracket(6) which reciprocates on the tuner housing by sliding and rotating. The bracket is placed to be closely faced against the tuner housing to perform the function of a base. The tuner housing is composed of half bodies forming a space for receiving the electronic circuit by cooperating with each other.
