PURPOSE: A method for tuning the resonance frequency of an amplitude shift keying(ASK) module by using a laser beam is provided, in which the resonance frequency is tuned by controlling the path length of resonance pointer of ASK module. CONSTITUTION: A method for tuning the resonance frequency of an amplitude shift keying(ASK) module by using a laser beam is characterized in that the resonance frequency of the ASK module is tuned by controlling the path length of the resonance pointer, wherein the controlling step is performed by removing a portion of the copper layer formed on the resonance pointer by using a laser beam.
