PURPOSE: Provided is a method and a device for pressing down dried slices of a fish by passing the dried slices through roller with projections. Therefore, consumer easily takes the dried slices of the fish. CONSTITUTION: The method for pressing down dried slices of a fish is characterized by the steps of: roasting dried squid on fire; separating the roasted squid into a body and legs; and passing the separated squid through roller having projections several times, followed by packing. |
