A lubricator device for a crystal-syrup mixture (masacocida) presenting a novel and improved option for preparing the crystal-syrup mixture before the purging thereof during continuous centrifugal processes. The purpose of the invention is to avoid the dissolution of sugar crystals, which is caused by heating and water addition for reducing the crystallized syrup viscosity in the mixture to be centrifuged. The compact design of the disclosure facilitates the location thereof in the available spaces of the sugar refinery facilities without the need of modifying the current installations. The lubricator device increases the purge capacity in the centrifugal machines from about 30% to 40%, and further recovers sucrose, which previously was mixed together with the final crystallized syrup, by means of avoiding sugar crystals to dissolve partially due to the preparation of the crystal-syrup mixture, before the centrifugation thereof. The automatic control of the disclosure makes possible t o obtain of reliable results.
